The image on the right is recirculating air. This is because the air is being pulled into the system, filtered, and then pushed back into the room. This process allows the air to be cleaned and reused, rather than being drawn in from the outside. Recirculating air systems are often used in buildings to improve air quality and energy efficiency. **

A recirculating range hood works by pulling in the air and smoke from the cooking area through a filter, which then removes the grease, odors, and other particles from the air. The cleaned air is then recirculated back into the kitchen. This type of range hood does not vent the air outside, so it is important to regularly clean or replace the filters to maintain its effectiveness. Recirculating range hoods are a good option for kitchens where venting to the outside is not possible. **

To install a recirculating range hood, start by turning off the power to the range hood and removing the old hood if necessary. Next, position the new hood in place and mark the locations for the mounting screws. Drill pilot holes for the screws and then secure the hood in place. Connect the ductwork if necessary, and then plug in the power and test the hood to ensure it is working properly. Finally, adjust the settings and filters as needed for optimal performance. **

To convert an extractor hood to recirculating mode, you will need to remove the existing ducting and install a recirculating kit. This typically involves fitting a charcoal filter to the hood to trap grease and odors before recirculating the air back into the kitchen. You may also need to adjust the settings on the hood to ensure it is operating in recirculating mode. It's important to follow the manufacturer's instructions and seek professional help if you are unsure about the process. **

The choice between a collective agreement and an individual contract depends on the specific circumstances and needs of the parties involved. A collective agreement is negotiated between a union and an employer on behalf of a group of employees, providing standardized terms and conditions of employment. On the other hand, an individual contract is negotiated directly between an employer and an employee, providing personalized terms and conditions tailored to the individual. The decision between the two depends on factors such as the size and structure of the workforce, the level of bargaining power, and the desired level of flexibility in employment terms. **

Location-independent day service refers to a type of service that can be accessed and utilized from any location, without the need for physical presence at a specific facility. This could include virtual or remote services such as online therapy, telehealth appointments, or virtual educational programs. By being location-independent, individuals can access these services from the comfort of their own home or while traveling, providing greater flexibility and accessibility. This type of service can be particularly beneficial for individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person services due to mobility issues, transportation barriers, or living in remote areas. **

An independent project in the FSJ Kultur could involve organizing and curating a cultural event such as a music concert, art exhibition, or theater performance. This could include tasks such as coordinating with artists and performers, securing a venue, promoting the event, and managing logistics on the day of the event. Another idea could be creating and implementing a cultural workshop or educational program for the community, focusing on a specific aspect of art, music, or theater. This project would involve designing the curriculum, recruiting participants, and facilitating the workshops. Ultimately, an independent project in the FSJ Kultur should showcase creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for cultural exchange and engagement. **
