Germany does not seek to reclaim the German eastern territories because these regions are now part of Poland and Russia, and any attempt to reclaim them would violate international borders and treaties. Additionally, Germany has acknowledged the atrocities committed during World War II in these regions and seeks to maintain peaceful relations with its neighbors. The choice between a collective agreement and an individual contract depends on the specific circumstances and needs of the parties involved. A collective agreement is negotiated between a union and an employer on behalf of a group of employees, providing standardized terms and conditions of employment. On the other hand, an individual contract is negotiated directly between an employer and an employee, providing personalized terms and conditions tailored to the individual. The decision between the two depends on factors such as the size and structure of the workforce, the level of bargaining power, and the desired level of flexibility in employment terms. **

An independent project in the FSJ Kultur could involve organizing and curating a cultural event such as a music concert, art exhibition, or theater performance. This could include tasks such as coordinating with artists and performers, securing a venue, promoting the event, and managing logistics on the day of the event. Another idea could be creating and implementing a cultural workshop or educational program for the community, focusing on a specific aspect of art, music, or theater. This project would involve designing the curriculum, recruiting participants, and facilitating the workshops. Ultimately, an independent project in the FSJ Kultur should showcase creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for cultural exchange and engagement. **
