An iPad Mini can be sufficient for digital drawing, especially for beginners or those looking for a more portable option. The smaller screen size may be a limitation for some artists who prefer a larger canvas to work on. Additionally, the processing power and capabilities of the iPad Mini may not be as advanced as larger iPad models, which could impact the complexity of the artwork that can be created. Ultimately, it depends on the individual's preferences and needs for digital drawing. **
